Player came to us as a puppy from his breeders Kim Aston and Peter Culumovic. Player finished his Canadian championship at 10 months of age. His first trip to the USA Player won his 9-12 month AOAC class at the 2006 National Specialty Show.
After a five year absence from the show ring, Player again visited the USA and won Second in the Open Blue class at ASSA 2011. Sherrie left Player with his handler Becky Johnson (Beckon Shelties) to attend a few American shows. Player completed his American title in 2 consecutive weekends. He has stayed on with Becky to go after his Grand Championship title. Thank you to Player’s breeder Kim Aston for these lovely in-the-ring pictures of Player at ASSA!

We purchased Simon from Apple Acres Shelties in the fall of 2009. Simon is a moderate non white-factored tri boy with exquisite head detail, beautiful small dark eyes, a gorgeous pro-sternum, beautiful outline and a profuse coat. As a senior puppy Simon was Reserve Winners at the Canadian Shetland Sheepdog Association National Specialty Show in April 2010. A sweet boy, Simon is not overly fond of the hustle and bustle of the show scene, but despite that he completed his championship in May 2011.
